Visualizing Columbus Yachts’ 65m Flagship Concept
Meta Design Studio created the Animation video, Exterior and Interior Renderings to present Columbus Yachts’ 65-metre flagship concept. As the largest concept in the Atlantique range, the project required a visual approach that could communicate not only the yacht’s scale, but also the sculptural character, lifestyle experience and design philosophy behind the Atlantique family. Columbus Yachts introduced the Atlantique 65 as the new flagship of the Atlantique range, describing it as a 65-metre yacht with harmonious lines and innovative content. The Atlantique series includes multiple models across the range, while the 65m version represents a more mature expression of the same design language. Its design is by Hot Lab, with a style inspired by the clean linearity of sailing yachts and the elegance of 1950s sports cars. For this project, Meta Design Studio focused on translating the Atlantique 65m concept into high-end yacht animation. The visuals highlight the yacht’s long, fluid profile, balanced proportions, clean surfaces and suspended deck structure. Rather than presenting the yacht only as a technical concept, the animation helps communicate the calm, elegant and almost timeless identity that defines the Atlantique design language. A key part of the Atlantique 65m concept is the aft Pool Terrace, an infinity pool positioned on a raised terrace between the main deck and the swim platform. This feature creates a strong relationship between the pool, the beach club and the surrounding sea. Through marine visualization, this layout can be shown with greater clarity, helping viewers understand the spatial experience, privacy and lifestyle value of the aft deck arrangement. The bow area also plays an important role in the concept. Sources describe the owner’s suite as a semi-duplex arrangement, created to respond to the yacht’s high bow while still offering volume, light and a strong onboard experience. These architectural choices make Atlantique 65m a strong subject for yacht animation, because movement, camera direction and atmosphere help explain the relationship between exterior form, deck levels and onboard living spaces. For Atlantique 65m, Meta Design Studio’s visual work supports project presentation, digital marketing and yacht design communication. The result is a visual narrative built around yacht animation and marine visualization for a flagship superyacht concept with a distinctive identity within the Columbus Yachts range.
